Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Imagen Dental Partners added Dental Design of Brentwood; Jon Vongschanphen, DDS; Crane Mountain Dental; Lake Dental; Rodney K. Park, DDS; and Laguna Family Dentistry.
Lehi, Utah-based Shasta Dental Services affiliated with Greenhaven Orthodontics and Empire Orthodontics in California.
Morrisville, N.C.-based Affordable Care opened an Affordable Dentures & Implants office in Stockton, Calif.
Frisco, Texas-based Bond Orthodontic Partners partnered with Wu Orthodontics in Palo Alto, Calif., and Kirk Orthodontics in Petaluma, Calif.
Orange, Calif.-based Western Dental opened offices in Woodland, Arroyo Grande, San Pedro and Oroville.
San Francisco-based Image Specialty Partners added Lowe Orthodontics in Fresno, Calif.
Southlake, Texas-based Allied OMS affiliated with Peninsula Center Dental Implants & Oral Surgery in Daly City, Calif.
Florida
Boca Raton, Fla.-based Sage Dental opened offices in Miami, Titusville, Alafaya, Maitland, The Villages, Land O' Lakes, Brandon and Davenport. It also acquired Kendall Dental Care and 13 offices from Narducci Dental Group.
Little Rock, Ark.-based Rock Dental Brands affiliated with Baptiste Orthodontics and Baptiste Dentistry for Kids, both in Orlando, Fla.
Lakeside Dental Management opened an ASC in Jacksonville, Fla.
Brentwood, Tenn.-based Marquee Dental Partners added the offices of Mark Damerau, DMD, and John Ledakis, DDS, in Palm Beach and Alafaya Family Dentistry in Orlando. It also opened a de novo office in Argyle Forest.
Miami-based Guardian Dentistry Partners added Cove Dental Care in Panama City, Fla., and Orange Park Dental Partners, which has four practice locations in the state.
Morrisville, N.C.-based Affordable Care opened an office in Bradenton.
Nashville, Tenn.-based Southern Orthodontics Partners affiliated with Reed Orthodontics in Naples, Fla.
Texas
Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Imagen Dental Partners added CornerStone Dental in La Grange, Texas.
Fort Worth, Texas-based Brident Dental & Orthodontics opened a practice in Fort Worth.
Southlake, Texas-based Phase1 Equity added Cleburne, Texas-based Hart Orthodontics.
Morrisville, N.C.-based Affordable Care opened offices in North Fort Worth and Spring, Texas.
Irving, Texas-based US Endo Partners added Cypress, Texas-based Spradley Endo.
Carmel, Ind.-based Vista Verde Dental Partners opened its first Britely Dentures + Implants office in Texas.
