Nashville-based Montecito Medical has acquired a medical office property that is occupied by three provider groups, including Smile Doctors.
The 20,400-square-foot property is located in Gainesville, Ga., according to a July 11 news release.
Smile Doctors is an orthodontic-focused DSO with more than 390 locations across 28 states.
Montecito Medical has completed transactions of health care-related real estate acquisitions involving more than $5 billion since 2016, the release said.
