Sheila Bracker. COO and Co-founder at Bond Orthodontic Partners (Frisco, Texas): Ms. Bracker spent 15 years at Pacific Dental Services before co-founding Bond Orthodontic Partners in September 2021. She now helps oversee Bond's more than 15 locations in Arizona, California, Idaho and Montana.
Nate Mote. COO at Specialty1 Partners (Houston): Mr. Mote has served as COO of Specialty1 Partners since May 2022. He previously served as vice president of operations for National Veterinary Associates, a global pet care organization.
Alisa Ulrey. COO at U.S. Oral Surgery Management (Irving, Texas): Ms. Ulrey joined USOSM in January. She previously served as president and COO of the Los Angeles-based organization Center for Autism and Related Disorders. She has also served in various leadership roles with CVS Health and Target.
Sherry Bunce. COO and co-founder at Endodontic Practice Partners (Brentwood, Tenn.): Ms. Bunce has more than 20 years of experience working in operations leadership for several dental companies. She previously held roles with Great Expressions Dental Centers, DentalOne Partners and most recently Aspen Dental.
