Mr. Dalsania has been the vice president of corporate development at Children’s Dental Health since 2021. He is skilled in mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis and growth investments. Mr. Dalsania is responsible for driving growth and expansion for the company in both current and future regions.
Barry Deirmenjian, DDS. Founder and CEO of Smiles West (Lynwood, Calif.). Dr. Deirmenjian is the founder and CEO of Smiles West. He also founded two other family dental private practices: Desert Dental Group and Ponderosa Dental Group. Before entering the private practice sector, Dr. Deirmenjian was the dental director of Guards Dental, which had more than 40 locations.

Jeff Durrbeck. Vice President of Sales of Denti.AI (Toronto, Ontario). Mr. Durrbeck has been the vice president of sales at Denti.AI since 2020. He is an established leader and has a track record of recruiting, hiring and training top-ranked managers. Mr. Durrbeck is skilled in sales operations, product launching and account management.

Will Garin. Vice President of Brand Marketing of ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers (Greenwood Village, Colo.). Mr. Garin has been the vice president of brand marketing at ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers since 2021. He is skilled in marketing strategy, brand development and strategic planning.
