Bill Becknell. CEO of Mortenson Dental Partners (Louisville, Ky.). Mr. Becknell joined the DSO in 2014 as chief strategic officer and president of dental teams. He was appointed CEO in 2018 and has served on the board of directors since 2017. Before joining the DSO, he was director of store operations for North America at PPG Industries, a global supplier of specialty materials.
Daryl Dudum, DDS. Founding Partner and Co-CEO of Endo1 Partners and Specialty1 Partners (Houston). Dr. Dudum has served in his position since 2019. He, along with Matthew Haddad, DMD, helped form Specialty1 Partners as the parent company of Endo1 Partners and other dental companies in December. He practices endodontics at Marin Endodontics, which has four locations in California.
Leigh Feenburg. CEO of Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners (Plymouth Meeting, Pa.). Mr. Feenburg oversees the DSO's more than 230 dental practices across 18 states. He was appointed CEO in March 2021 after serving as the company's COO for three years. He was previously the vice president of operations at Southfield, Mich.-based DSO Great Expressions Dental Centers.
Matthew Haddad, DMD. Founding Partner and Co-CEO of Endo1 Partners and Specialty1 Partners (Houston). Dr. Haddad has served in his position since 2019. He helped establish Specialty1 Partners as the parent company of Endo1 Partners and other dental companies in December. He is an endodontist at Gulf Coast Endodontics, which has four locations across Texas.
Mick Janness. CEO of Oakpoint (Raleigh, N.C.). Mr. Janness has more than 15 years of experience in business leadership. He joined Oakpoint as CEO in 2019 after serving as chief development officer for St. Petersburg, Fla.-based DSO Pure Dental Brands for two years.
Michael Lindley. CEO and Chair of D4C Dental Brands (Atlanta). Mr. Lindley has more than 30 years of experience establishing, operating and investing in healthcare services and real estate businesses. Prior to joining the DSO, he oversaw several private equity-backed companies. In 2000, he co-founded Keys Group Holdings, which was sold to Universal Health Systems in 2005.
Nicholas Papapetros, DMD. New England Dental Partners (Bourne, Mass.). Dr. Papapetros joined the DSO as CEO in 2019. He earned his dental degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston. He oversees the DSO's 15 partners across Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Craig Saltzman, DMD. CEO of Affinity Dental Management (Holyoke, Mass.). Dr. Saltzman earned his dental degree from Boston University in 1997. He specializes in endodontics and joined the staff at Western Mass Endodontics in Longmeadow, Mass., in 1999.
Lance Shopovick. President and COO of Elite Dental Partners (Chicago). Mr. Shopovick joined Elite Dental Partners in January after serving more than a decade in various leadership positions with Chicago-based DSO Aspen Dental. During his time at Aspen Dental, he oversaw five divisions with 466 practices in 28 states.
Fred Ward. CEO of Marquee Dental Partners (Brentwood, Tenn.). Mr. Ward joined the DSO in 2016 after spending several years in leadership roles at two other dental groups, DentalOne Partners and Smile Brands. He has led the company through several milestones, including a seven-practice deal in November and an investment from Crestline Investors in February 2020.
