- Florham Park, N.J.-based Select Dental Management set a goal to double its practice count in the next 18 months.
- Madison, Wis.-based Cherry Tree Dental began its expansion into Minnesota with three acquisitions.
- Effingham, Ill.-based Heartland Dental is planning to build 107 new practices in 2022.
- Sarasota, Fla.-based Dental Care Alliance now has 17 allied practices in New Jersey, totaling more than 370 allied practices nationwide.
- Irvine, Calif.-based Pacific Dental Services and Tempe, Ariz.-based Commonwealth Primary Care ACO partnered to provide integrated medical-dental services for in-network patients.
- Brentwood, Tenn.-based DSO Marquee Dental Partners acquired Advanced Dental Arts, bringing its total number of practices in Florida to 20.
- West Chester, Pa.-based Spark Dental Management acquired Children's Dental Management and its 35 locations.
- Southlake, Texas-based Allied OMS added two Southern California practices to its network.
- Orange, Calif.-based Western Dental and anchored denture company Renew partnered to build surgery centers in California and Texas.
- Denver-based Espire Dental climbed to 19 practices after a six-office acquisition in Colorado.
