Bob Fontana. Founder and CEO of Aspen Dental Management (Chicago). Mr. Fontana's first leadership experience in dental practice management was as founder and president of East Coast Dental Management in 1995. Soon after, he founded Aspen Dental in 1998.
Chet Jenkins, DDS. Founder and CEO of Signature Dental Partners (Phoenix). Dr. Jenkins founded his practice right after dental school and has continued to build a network of dental practices across the Mountain and Southeast regions of the country. He has 20 years of experience as a clinician and dental management executive.
Chris Steven Villanueva, DMD. Founder and CEO of MB2 Dental (Carrollton, Texas). Dr. Villanueva founded MB2 Dental in 2007. His mission for MB2 is to empower dentists while preserving their profession.
Dana Soper and Steven Jones. Founders of Cordental Group (Cincinnati). Ms. Soper and Mr. Jones are no strangers to leadership roles. Ms. Soper served as president of Aviva Rx and CEO of CarePoint Partners. Mr. Jones served as chief corporate development and integration officer of North East Dental Management and chief acquisition officer of Dental Services Group.
Mary Pham, DDS. Founder and CEO of Lollipop Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics (Placentia, Calif.). Dr. Pham has a passion for pediatric dentistry and is a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. While attending dental school at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, she served as president of the Pediatric Dental Selective.
Nathan Kupperman, DMD. Founder of NAK Dental Group (Tallahassee, Fla.). NAK Dental Group was founded in 2018 by Dr. Kupperman. As the co-founder of Toothly Dental Discount Program and owner of M&M Capital, Dr. Kupperman knows how to lead.

Ronald Weissman, DDS, and Samuel Shames, DDS. Founders of 42 North Dental (Waltham, Mass.). Dr. Weissman and Dr. Shames founded 42 North Dental in 1980 under the name Gentle Dental Partners. The two founded the DSO to allow dentists to focus on caring for patients instead of the business of running a practice.
Scott Asnis, DDS. Founder and CEO of Dental365 (New Hyde Park, N.Y.). Dr. Asnis has over 30 years of private clinical practice experience. He founded Dental365 in 2014 with the goal of building a network of affordable and high-quality dentistry.
