Rosalinda Olague, senior manager of dental assistant strategy and university relations for Pacific Dental Services, was reappointed to the Dental Board of California by Gov. Gavin Newsom, according to a May 24 press release.
The board is responsible for ensuring the safety of dental patients throughout the state. Ms. Olague joined the board in 2018 and was elected by board members to serve a yearlong term as vice president in 2021. Her reelection appoints her to serve a four-year term.
Ms. Olague has been with Irvine, Calif.-based Pacific Dental Services since 2008, but was promoted to her current role earlier this year. The DSO supports more than 800 dental offices in 24 states.
