Biolase and Dental Care Alliance reached an agreement to expand laser technology and training programs across dental offices in the nation, according to a Jan. 12 news release.
The partnership will roll out access across all Dental Care Alliance offices this year, the release said. Biolase is a leader in dental lasers, and the rollout will provide safer care.
"Our industry leading dental lasers allow us to properly service a customer like DCA, and by reducing aerosols in dental offices we believe we can improve the safety of its office staff and patients," Todd Norbe, Biolase president and CEO, said in the release. "The demand for EpicX and Epic Hygiene lasers is rising, and this year alone we have sold over 100 systems to DCA."
