Chicago-based Aspen Dental Management closed its acquisition of ClearChoice Management Services Dec. 30.
The acquisition, announced Nov. 16, makes the collective organizations the nation's largest provider of fixed and removable prosthetics.
"The ClearChoice acquisition brings the total number of healthcare offices we support to more than 1,000 locations in 45 states across three different verticals," said Bob Fontana, chair and CEO of ADMI. The healthcare business support organization now has health and wellness practices across dental care, urgent care and medical aesthetics, with more than 860 Aspen Dental-branded offices and more than 85 WellNow Urgent Care offices.
ClearChoice will continue to operate largely independently.
