Here are four things to know:

1. Employee health screening: All employees will undergo a detailed background and health history screening before returning to work. If an employee becomes ill, they will need written clearance by a physician before returning to work.

2. Patient health screenings: Patients who show flu-like symptoms are required to reschedule their appointments. Prior to visits, patients will undergo pre-treatment screening interviews and temperature checks.

3. Sterilization procedures: Providers are using personal protective equipment when treating patients. These items are washed or discarded between patients.

4. Common area disinfecting: Every 30 minutes, lobby surfaces and patient restrooms are being disinfected. All magazines and pamphlets have also been removed from common areas.
