East Syracuse, N.Y.-based Aspen Dental leased 200,000 square feet of a Chicago building, with plans to expand its workforce and quadruple its office space, Crain's Chicago Business reported.

Aspen Dental opened a new practice in Mount Pleasant, S.C., on Jan. 23.
3. Dental365 acquires 4 Gentle Dental offices, opens 44th location
New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Dental365 announced Jan. 20 the opening of its 44th location, along with the acquisition of four Gentle Dental offices.
4. Smile Brands partners with multi-location affiliate in Southern California
Irvine, Calif.-based Smile Brands announced Jan. 15 two new affiliate locations: Walnut (Calif.) Family Dental and Placentia (Calif.) Dental Studios.
5. Consulting firm labels Webster Dental Care as 'strategic buy'
Healthcare brokerage and advisory firm Aptus Exchange marked Chicago-based Webster Dental Care as a strategic buy for dental practices. The DSO expanded from supporting seven practices to 12 within the past 24 months and is expected to continue rapid expansion.
6. USOSM makes 2 affiliations
Irving, Texas-based U.S. Oral Surgery Management announced its partnership with Peachtree Dunwoody Oral and Facial Surgery, as well as Metropolitan Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates, both based in Atlanta.

Carrollton, Texas-based MB2 Dental expects to add another 21 locations in the first quarter of 2020.
