East Syracuse, N.Y.-based Aspen Dental plans to open a new office in Greensboro, N.C., a dental health professional shortage area, according to an Oct. 24 news release.
The new office is set to open Oct. 31. The practice will be led by Katie Heald, DDS, who received her degree from Richmond-based Virginia Commonwealth University. Dr. Heald and her team will provide both preventative and restorative services.
Aspen Dental is one of the largest dental service organizations in the country, with almost 780 offices throughout 42 states. In 2018, the DSO treated nearly 1.8 million patients.
