Pacific Dental Services held its annual eXtraordinary Performance conference in Las Vegas, April 25 to 28, to honor clinical leaders.
More than 2,300 PDS team members and guests attended the event where they participated in 80-plus breakout sessions focused on various topics. The topics included patient care, clinical experience, trustworthy relationship building, public speaking and financial planning.
PDS also sponsored two keynote speakers, Good Morning America's Robin Roberts and singer Armando Perez, known to many as Pitbull. Ms. Roberts and Mr. Perez stressed the importance of turning negatives into positives and the work required to achieve success. Mr. Perez went on to the surprise the audience with a live concert.
The dental service organization also took time during the event to honor top performers from across PDS for their contributions to the company's success and clinical excellence. PDS reinforced its Clinicians Leading Clinicians in Clinical Excellence® model.
PDS CEO and Founder Stephen Thorne said, "This year marks our best XP yet. We've brought together team members from across the organization to articulate their personal vision for leadership so they can help their team members provide the Perfect Patient Experience."
