After six years of sponsorship, Aspen Dental will no longer be a NASCAR sponsor, according to Yahoo Sports.
Here are three insights:
1. Aspen Dental first sponsored Stewart-Haass Racing in 2012 with Ryan Newman. From 2014 until 2017, Aspen Dental sponsored Danica Patrick.
2. “Aspen Dental has enjoyed successful relationships with NASCAR, SHR and Danica Patrick over the past several years,” Kathy Dwyer, director of public relations at Aspen Dental said in a statement. “For 2018, however, we’ve made strategic changes to our go-to-market approach so that we can reach consumers in a new and different ways. As a result, motorsports will not be part of our marketing investments in the coming year.”
3. Currently, Aspen Dental has more than 600 offices across the U.S. and continues to expand.
