Michael Fooshée, DDS. Chief Clinical Officer of Apex Dental Partners (Dallas). Dr. Fooshée has been the chief clinical officer at Apex Dental Partners since 2020. He has experience in both consultative and leadership roles within DSOs, including Apex Dental Partners. Dr. Fooshée began his career as a general dentist before moving into bigger leadership roles.
Manu Chaudhry, DDS. President of Capitol Dental Care (Salem, Ore.). Dr. Chaudhry has been the president and dental director of Capitol Dental Care since 2020. During his tenure, he inspired teams and boosted performance through his people-focused approach to leadership. Dr. Chaudhry has also been successful in promoting and expanding access to dental healthcare.
William Simon, DMD. Dentist at City Smiles (Chicago). Dr. Simon has been a practicing dentist for the past 25 years. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, and the Chicago Dental Society. Dr. Simon has also been the owner of Sonrisa Urbana since 1987, another practice in Chicago’s Little Village community.
Priyanki Amroliwala. Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition of 42 Dental (Waltham, Mass.). Ms. Amroliwala has been the senior manager of talent acquisition at 42 Dental since 2015. She helps to bring some of the best dentists to 42 Dental with her executive recruiting, consulting and project management. Ms. Amroliwala’s hiring process has benefited the company greatly, as their dentists have won countless awards across their practices.
Imad Sabbagh, DDS. Founder and CEO of Asmile4u (Alpharetta, Ga.). Dr. Sabbagh has been the CEO of Asmile4u since its foundation in 2007. He has led the company in its growth and now has six clinics across Georgia and Mississippi. Dr. Sabbagh is also the president of the Asmile4u Career Center, which is a training center for dental professionals.
Terri Krauss. COO of Dental365 (New Hyde Park, N.Y.). Ms. Krauss has been the chief operating officer at Dental365 since 2018. She has displayed proven success in the dental industry in terms of financial analysis, budgeting, resource allocation and financial performance as well as leading others through a proactive management style. In addition to being COO, Ms. Krauss is also the director of operations at the company.
Steve DeLong. CEO of Bluetree Dental (Reno, Nev.). Mr. DeLong has been the CEO at Bluetree Dental since 2012. He sees the value in professional administrative support to take stresses associated with managing clinical and business operations off of practice owners. Mr. DeLong has helped Bluetree Dental acquire more than 30 practices in four different states.
Lisa Blair. COO of Inspire Dental Group (Amherst, N.Y.). Ms. Blair has been the chief operating officer for Inspire Dental Group since 2010. She is responsible for overseeing daily operations and upholding the company’s core values. Inspire Dental Group has locations in Amherst, Buffalo and West Seneca, providing a full range of dental services.
Mike McInelly. Founder and CEO of Spring Dental (Tulsa, Okla.). Mr. McInelly has been the CEO at Spring Dental since he founded the company. He has helped Spring Dental become the second fastest growing dental platform in the country. Mr. McInelly has expanded Spring Dental to more than 10 locations across Oklahoma.
John Luther. DDS and Chief Dental Officer of Western Dental (Orange, Calif.). Dr. Luther has been the chief dental officer at Western Dental since 2016. He is responsible for leading the company’s dental policy, clinical quality, practice standards and best practices programs. In addition, Dr. Luther provides strategic direction and sets the policy for the professional staff.
