Here are four updates to know about the dental industry in Nevada, as reported by Becker's since Nov. 21:
1. Henderson, Nev.-based PDS Health added two practices in Nevada to its network.
2. Gentle Dental, a brand of Inglewood, Calif.-based InterDent, opened a practice location in North Las Vegas, Nev.
3. Andy Mersha, DMD, a dentist in Nevada, completed 1,000 robotic dental implants using the Yomi robot.
4. The Nevada State Board of Dental Examiners adopted new regulations for dental therapists.
