A dental practice in Middletown, Ohio, was damaged by a fire, according to a Dec. 12 report from WCPO.
Gentle Family Dentistry was primarily affected by the fire, with the two adjacent businesses of the outlet mall also suffering damage.
When firefighters arrived at the scene, all occupants had evacuated the building.
The cause of the fire is currently under investigation, the report said.
