1. Southfield, Mich.-based Great Expressions Dental Centers agreed to pay $2.7 million to settle a class action lawsuit related to its 2023 data breach.
2. The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California granted preliminary approval of a settlement to resolve shareholder derivative litigation involving Tempe, Ariz.-based Align Technology.
3. West Coast Dental Administrative Services and its founders and former owners paid $6.3 million to resolve allegations that it violated the False Claims Act.
4. Aspen Dental agreed to a settlement to resolve claims that it violated Florida telemarketing laws.
