Indiana man charged with practicing unlicensed dentistry for 2nd time

An Indiana man has been charged a second time with practicing dentistry without a license, wishtv.com reported Sept. 30.

Fredy Felipe-Pascual, 31, was first arrested March 20 and charged with criminal recklessness and unlawful practice of medicine/osteopathic medicine after police conducted a search at a residence in Seymour, Ind., and found evidence that dental work was being performed at the location. That case is still pending in the Jackson Circuit Court.

The Seymour Police Department said it responded to a medical call Sept. 28 that led officers to begin an investigation into someone allegedly practicing unlicensed dentistry. While conducting a search at a location in a mobile home park, investigators found dental instruments and medications. They later arrested Mr. Felipe-Pascual for practicing dentistry without a license and criminal recklessness.

Mr. Felipe-Pascual does not yet have a court date or bond set for the second set of charges.
