1. Grants Pass, Ore.-based Rogue Community College received accreditation from the Commission on Dental Accreditation for its new dental hygiene program.
2. Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Imagen Dental Partners added Bruce Mitchell Family Dentistry in Medford, Ore.
3. Wolfe Dental, led by Ben Wolfe, DMD, opened a practice location in Cedar Hills, Ore.
4. The Oregon Health Authority appointed Ahmed Farag, DDS, as its next dental director.
5. Roseburg, Ore.-based Sutton Dental Arts suffered a data breach.
6. Travis Hunsaker, DDS, broke ground on a new practice location in Salem, Ore.
