Thirty-four dental companies were ranked among the fastest-growing companies in the U.S., with the top five dental companies seeing between 700% and more than 6,000% growth over the last three years.
Here are the leaders of the top five fastest-growing dental companies in 2024:
Cary Gahm and Edward Thomas. Co-founders of GoTu Technology: Mr. Gahm and Mr. Thomas founded GoTu Technology in 2017 to assist dental offices with staffing. The two executives recently expanded their company into the Western U.S., expanding the platform in several states with more slated later this year.
Viren Patel, DMD. Owner of Transparent Dental Group (Oakbrook Terrace, Ill): Transparent Dental Group is a group practice with 14 locations throughout Illinois, and a 15th office on the way. The group provides a variety of services, including cosmetic dentistry, preventive services, orthodontics and restorative dentistry.
Pedram Nastaean and Yom Hirpa. Co-founders of Kwikly Dental Staffing: Mr. Nastaean and Mr. Hirpa founded Kwikly in 2016 and have grown the company to serve thousands of dental professionals and offices nationwide.
Danny Kawas. CEO of Guardian Dentistry Partners (Miami): Mr. Kawas is a founding partner of Guardian and has served as CEO since January 2023. He helps lead the organization's network of more than 160 practices in 11 states.
Matthew Haddad, DMD, and Daryl Dudum, DDS. Founders and Co-CEOs of Specialty1 Partners (Houston): The two founders lead the organization's 350 specialists and more than 220 locations in 28 states. Both dentists specialize in endodontics.
