Here are six dentists who have opened or started plans to open offices across the U.S. since March:
1. A dentist in Salem, Ore., is set to break ground on a $10 million practice at the location of a former restaurant.
2. Two Connecticut dentists filed a certificate of need application to open six ASCs in the state.
3. Robert Hannah, DDS, and Hieu Pham, DDS, opened Oral Dental Studio in New York City in May.
4. Marla Yee, DDS, opened Love Dental Studio in Washington, D.C.
5. ConfiDENT, led by Cesar Tapia, DDS, opened a second practice location in Cumming, Ga.
6. An Ohio dentist is spending approximately $920,000 on a new building to house his expanded dental practice.
