Texas man charged with practicing dentistry without a license

A Texas man was recently accused of practicing unlicensed dentistry, NBC affiliate click2houston.com reported July 1.

The charge was filed after Sheron Robinson, of Rhode Island, flew to Houston to visit Forever Veneers after seeing an advertisement offering veneers for $8,700.

After receiving the veneers, Mr. Robinson said he began experiencing complications, including difficulties chewing his food and malocclusion.

Jadan Miorke, 34, who allegedly performed the veneer service, is wanted on a felony charge of practicing dentistry without a license.

The Houston Police Department's Major Offenders Division is also looking for other potential victims.
