Professional Transitions Strategies, a company focused on dental practice purchases and mergers and acquisitions, launched Headwaters Practice Transitions.
Headwaters Practice Transitions was created to provide services to doctor-owners who are looking to sell their practice to another practitioner, according to a May 30 news release.
The new venture will provide services including practice valuation and marketing as well as negotiation and closing.
Headwaters Practice Transitions will be led by Todd Sheets, managing broker, Kim McCleskey, vice president of sales, and Dominick Ricciardi, mergers and acquisitions consultant, the release said.
