2. Madison (Va.) Family Dentistry closed temporarily after a fire damaged the office.
3. Varble Orthodontics closed its location in St. Charles, Mo., after opening an office in St. Peters, Mo.
4. The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center will close its Montefiore dental center March 21 and transition care to the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. Susan Manko, a spokesperson for UPMC, said the closure will “ensure that we are meeting patient needs while not duplicating services.”
