2. PraticeTek, a provider of healthcare technology solutions, acquired Ora Dental, a dental practice management platform.
3. Chicago-based National Dental Healthcare REIT, a dental real estate company, acquired nine locations across seven states.
4. Dallas-based MB2 Dental acquired Rockville Centre for Dentistry in New York.
