Dr. Habashy’s attorney claims that the reviews are inaccurate and were made with malice and intent to harm Dr. Habashy’s business and profession.
The complaints were about a $99 cleaning service advertised on the practice’s website — the review said the $99 cleaning, once performed, was called a “superficial cleaning” by the office and the practice offered the patient a deep cleaning for an extra $500.
The two patients being sued allegedly posted negative reviews on several websites, the report said.
