A new dentist is opening up a practice at the site of an Aurora, Colo.-based practice that closed after its owner was accused of poisoning his wife, NBC affiliate 9News reported July 9.
Summerbrook Dental Group shut down in April after the owner, James Craig, DDS, was arrested in March and charged with first degree murder in the death of his wife. Several patients spoke with the news station after the closure about their struggle to obtain their dental records.
The dentist opening the new practice, who was not named in the report, said she will do her best to help patients get their records from Summerbrook Dental Group, the news station reported. She is expected to begin accepting patients within the next couple of weeks.
