A fire at Carolina Aesthetic Dentistry in Concord, N.C., is being investigated after smoke and fire conditions broke out at the practice, according to a June 20 report by CBS affiliate WBTV.
Firefighters were dispatched after a commercial fire alarm went off in the building during the early morning hours on June 20.
There were no occupants in the building at the time of the fire and no reported injuries. The fire was put out in seven minutes.
The cause of the fire is currently under investigation, the report said.
