A retired Colorado dentist recently sold his practice to a first-time dental practice owner, the Journal-Advocate reported April 10.
Matthew Janda, DDS, owner of Janda Family Dentistry in Sterling, Colo., retired after 42 years in practice. He sold his practice to Carly Schrade, DDS, who will open Pradera Dental in May.
Dr. Schrade graduated from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine in Aurora in 2017. She previously practiced at a nonprofit dental clinic in Louisville, Colo., for four years and is moving back to Sterling to open the practice.
This will be Dr. Schrade's first time owning a practice.
