Tyler Lasseigne, DDS, the general dentist at the practice, told WAFB that he had minor surgery at the end of December and was out recovering.
“What we should’ve done was tell them that we were out. Which we called all the existing patients, like the patients that we had that were scheduled, we did call them, and we left them messages. So a lot of them didn’t even check on the messages that we sent,” Dr. Lasseigne told WAFB.
Dr. Lasseigne also told WAFB he has been back in office since Feb. 6 and will finish any dental treatment that was previously paid for.
