1. Aspen Dental and ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers opened their first co-location in Albuquerque, N.M.
2. Suffolk Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics opened a Medford, N.Y., office.
3. Affordable Care opened an Affordable Dentures & Implants practice in Stone Mountain, Ga.
4. Affordable Care opened an Affordable Dentures & Implants practice in Avondale, Ariz.
5. Endodontics Dental opened its second office in Jacksonville, Fla.
