Several dental companies and organizations have responded to the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict with donations, statements of support for Ukraine and resources for dental practices.

1. South Jordan, Utah-based dental manufacturing company Ultradent Products donated 10 percent of its U.S. sales on March 3 to USA for UNHCR, the U.S. branch of the United Nations' refugee agency, to help refugees in Ukraine.
2. The American Dental Association recommended on Feb. 26 that dental practices be on the lookout for potential internet security risks after the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency and the Federal Bureau of Investigation said Russian cyberattacks against Ukraine could potentially spill over into other countries.
3. Dental supplier Dentsply Sirona said March 3 that it would host a fundraiser to support its employees affected by the conflict and would make a $50,000 donation to the Ukraine Red Cross.
4. Waltham, Mass.-based DSO 42 North Dental said it donated boxes of exam gloves to be sent to Ukraine.
5. Dental Leaders, a continuing education organization, said it switched its Aesthetic Leaders Conference March 25 and 26 to be a charity event to benefit Ukrainian war refugees with medicines, accommodations, food and clothing. The organization said it would also donate proceeds from the event's ticket sales.
6. New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Dental365 made a donation of dental supplies such as toothbrushes, floss and toothpaste to Ukrainian refugees, the DSO said March 8.
7. Victoria Alexander, DDS, of La Crosse, Wis., began gathering medical supplies to donate to Ukraine.
8. Aleksey Kozlov, DMD, is raising money and working with churches in Ukraine to provide emergency aid and shelter for those displaced by the conflict after a family member was killed during a recent attack.
