Tend, a dentistry startup launched in2019, has opened two locations in Boston and one in Atlanta, the company said Dec. 15.
The company also operates in New York and Washington, DC., the latter of which saw five new locations in August. The new additions bring the company to 20 offices.
Tend said it aims to approach dentistry in a new way by providing advanced technology, price transparency, online booking tools and several comfort amenities to patients, such as premium brush bags to take home. It closed a $37M series B funding round in October 2020 and a $125M series C funding round in April.
The company said it plans to expand into more new markets next year.
