1. Cataldo Leone, DMD, dean at Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine.
2. Duane Douglas, DMD, interim dean at Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in Alton.
3. Ronald Sakaguchi, DDS, PhD, dean at Oregon Health & Science University School of Dentistry in Portland.
