Stynt developed a mobile application that combines algorithms and artificial intelligence-assisted scheduling capabilities to match dental workers seeking jobs with open positions.
The platform allows workers to input skillset, hourly rate and availability. Offices looking to fill a short- or long-term vacancy are matched with appropriate candidates. Candidates are all vetted, which includes checking and verifying required licenses, identifications, eligibility to work in the U.S., references and compliance certifications.
