An Oklahoma orthodontist, along with his wife and son, were killed in a plane crash April 23, Fox affiliate KOKI-TV reports.
Mark Andregg, DDS, Shannon Andregg and Nathan Andregg all died in the crash of a plane owned by Dr. Andregg.
A fourth person also died in the crash, according to the Federal Aviation Administration, but officials have not yet identified the individual. Flight records show the plane dropped off the radar 110 miles into a flight planned from Oklahoma to Florida. Authorities in Yell County, Ark., found the crash site April 24.
Dr. Andregg's Tulsa practice was closed April 26, with other local orthodontists now helping treat his patients.
