No. 502: Christoph Zeller, member of supervisory board for Liechtenstein-based Ivoclar Vivadent AG, which produces dental products and systems: $5.5 billion.
No. 680: Thomas Straumann, who owns a 17 percent stake in Switzerland-based Straumann Holding, the world's largest manufacturer of dental implants: $4.2 billion.
No. 2,035: Heikki Kyostila, president of Finland-based Planmeca, one of the world's largest dental equipment manufacturers: $1.5 billion.
