Harvard School of Dental Medicine saw a 13 percent uptick in completed applications during this year's admissions cycle, according to The Harvard Crimson.
HSDM admissions offices adjusted application requirements due to the pandemic, said Sarah Troy-Petrakos, admissions director.
Boston-based HSDM extended its application deadline, accepted pass-fail grades for prerequisite classes, waived letters of recommendation if unobtainable, and accepted unofficial standardized test scores until official reports could be submitted.
