- A Florida judge dismissed a lawsuit brought against Hartford Casualty Insurance by Raymond Nahmad, DDS, in which he sought coverage for his two dental practices' loss of revenue early in the pandemic.
- Tad Jackson, DMD, and other staff members at Midway (Ga.) Family Dental were credited with saving a man's life after two vehicles collided in front of the practice.
- New Jersey dentist Richard Golembioski, DDS, faces up to three years in prison after failing to report more than $114,500 from his practice's income.
