A New Jersey dentist faces up to three years in prison for failing to report more than $114,500 from his practice's income, reports NJ.com.
Richard Golembioski, DDS, pleaded guilty Nov. 4 to one count of making and subscribing to a false tax return, according to Michael Montanez, special agent with the Internal Revenue Service. Dr. Golembioski admitted to filing a fraudulent tax return for 2012, as well as failing to report income from his practice on 2013-16 tax returns, Mr. Montanez said.
The dentist faces up to three years in prison and $250,000 in fines.
