Blountstown, Fla.-based MedLoyalty announced Jan. 21 the launch of a platform designed to help dentists build a subscription-based, in-house membership program as an alternative to insurance.
The platform allows dentists to offer their own pay structure for dental services, focusing on making care more convenient and affordable for patients with or without dental insurance.
"We know the high cost of dental insurance keeps patients from making oral care a priority, and managing insurance claims places an extreme burden on dental practices," Cassi Layne, CEO and founder of MedLoyalty, said in the news release.
The company is seeking practices willing to try the new platform at no cost and report back on patient and employee experiences.
