More consumers are satisfied with their dental plans when it comes to coverage and communication experience, according to the J.D. Power 2019 Dental Plan Satisfaction Report.
Overall satisfaction increased to 772, out of a 1,000-point scale, for 2019. This is up from 768 in 2018.
J.D. Power used responses for more than 1,400 dental plan members in October to conduct its report.
Here are three of the top dental insurers:
1. DentaQuest (810)
2. Blue Cross Dental/Blue Shield Dental (806)
3. HumanaDental (780)
