River Dental in Farmington, Ark., was burglarized, vandalized and set on fire the night of Sept. 9, according to local NBC affiliate KFSM.
Items inside of the office were burned, an exit sign was destroyed and flower pots outside of the practice were smashed.
Tracy Orr, an employee at River Dental, said the police told employees that the fire started around 11:20 p.m., reports KFSM. Someone driving by at the time saw smoke and called 911. Firefighters contained the fire, but noticed someone had broken into the business.
On Sept. 11, a man upset over the denial of free care was arrested in relation to the crimes, reports KNWA.
