Dentist George Zorawski, DDS, plans to sell his former office in Elizabethton, Tenn., to the city for $90,000, according to the Johnson City Press.
Dr. Zorawski's former office adjoins the headquarters of the Elizabethton police department, which is looking to renovate. The city had approved a study of the how the acquisition of the dental clinic would affect the renovations of the police department.
By acquiring the dental office, city officials expect to save thousands of dollars in its effort to renovate the police department headquarters.
City officials will meet Aug. 8 to finalize the sale, reports Johnson City Press.
