A North Carolina dentist was accused by federal investigators of not paying his employees overtime, according to ABC11.
Michael Kretchmer, DDS, failed to pay his employees overtime whey they worked more than 40 hours a week, investigators said. Dr. Kretchmer operates Raleigh, N.C.-based Tar Heel Periodontics and Implant Dentistry.
The violation against Dr. Kretchmer was announced on June 21, and officials said he has paid $8,656 in back wages and damages to 13 employees.
