Cloud-based software and practice management company iCoreConnect has purchased ClariCare, a provider of cloud-based software for dental offices.
Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. iCoreConnect announced the acquisition on June 14.
ClariCare's products are designed to reduce the time for staff to get up to speed each morning to prepare for the patients ahead. Dentists also can leverage improved paths to reach patients who need to schedule additional treatments or procedures through ClariCare's solutions.
Around 2,000 dentists use iCoreConnect's email and EHR software. ClairCare's products will seamlessly merge into iCoreConnect's cloud-based product portfolio.
