After a Dec. 31, 2018 fire that left an Iowa dental practice destroyed, the fire department is still investigating the cause, according the Globe Gazette.
Four notes:
1. The fire department arrived at Mason City, Iowa-based Mint Springs Dentistry at 6 p.m. and remained at the practice for three hours putting out the fire.
2. While still under investigation, the fire department is working with insurance company investigators to map out electrical systems in the building, which will assist in determining the cause of the fire.
3. Noemi Cruz-Orcutt, DDS, is the owner of the practice. Due to the destruction, Dr. Cruz-Orcutt is working with other offices to treat emergency patients.
