The Iowa Dental Board ordered William Lay, DDS, to stop practicing endodontics until he passes a course to restore his standing, according to Waverly Newspaper.

2. Since being restricted from practicing endodontics, Dr. Lay was required to inform his patients of other endodontists and transfer patients' records at no costs to them
